BT-100EA LED Display Series is an exceptional peristaltic pump controller equipped with a high-resolution four-digit LED display, allowing real-time monitoring of instant speed (0.1 rpm). It features an 8-microstep driven stepper motor, ensuring high precision and low resonance operation. Users can easily adjust speed, rotation direction, and start/stop functions via an intuitive membrane keypad, making operation quick and convenient.
Moreover, it has a timing function that allows for customizable run and stop times, offering flexibility in operation. Supporting various external control methods (such as 0-5V, 4-20mA, and MODBUS), it meets diverse application needs. Its unique power-off memory function saves operating parameters, and the casing is made of flame-retardant material, making it easy to clean. Compatible with various peristaltic pump heads, it provides multiple flow options, making it an ideal partner for industrial fluid delivery.
