RETURN and REFUND
How to Return and Refund?
Returns: Once your item is delivered, you have five days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after the first three days will be applied for eligible store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final, and returns will not be accepted.
Any order related issue, please contact us immediately!
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label with FOC via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly. It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).
Return Instruction: All returns must include a tracking number. Please provide us with the tracking number for your return(firstname.lastname@example.org). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
Exchanges: For time being, we do not accept exchanges.
(a) Product Return Right and Limitation
AIBS provides a return program on products that have been purchased from AIBS online portal that extends for up to five (5) working days from the date of product delivery subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. As used herein, the term “Purchaser” shall mean the person or entity described on the face of the applicable AIBS invoice and the term “Product” shall mean the products described on the face of such invoice. The return rights described herein do not extend beyond the original Purchaser of Products and apply only to Products that meet the requirements for issuance of a return authorization.
(b) Requirements for Return of Products
Any request for return of Products must be made within the return period specified above. Requests received after the expiration of the return period will be rejected. Return of Products can be applied under one of the following categories:
- Defective Product.
- Item received is incomplete.
- Item received is different from the description.
- Billing or shipping discrepancies; or
- Damaged Product.
(c) Defective Product Returns
Defective Product returns are only for Products purchased from AIBS online portal that are inoperable at the time they are received by the Purchaser or that do not function in accordance with the specifications published. Upon verification that the returned Product is defective, AIBS may, in its sole discretion, either (a) ship Purchaser a replacement Product or (b) provide Purchaser a credit equal to the residual value less any applicable charges or fees. AIBS will make reasonable efforts to replace defective Products subject to availability.
(d) Damaged Product Returns
Damaged Product returns are only for Products shipped via AIBS’s carrier of choice that are damaged in transit from AIBS to Purchaser (or from AIBS to Purchaser’s customer in the event that AIBS ships Products directly to such customer at the request of Purchaser). If a Product is delivered in damaged condition, Purchaser or Purchaser’s customer must notify AIBS Customer Service and request for return of Products within five days of receipt of such Product. Failure to notify AIBS Customer Service within such time shall be deemed an acceptance of the Product. When notifying AIBS Customer Service to request return of a damaged Product, Purchaser or Purchaser’s customer should be prepared to provide AIBS with information regarding the condition of the Product.
(e) Condition of Returning Item
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Purchaser should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to AIBS in the condition received by Purchaser on delivery. We will recommend Purchaser to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.
(f) Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability
Although these policies and procedures may permit Purchaser (or Purchaser’s customer in the event that AIBS ships Products directly to such customer at the request of Purchaser) to return Products claimed to be defective under certain circumstances, AIBS makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Products. All Products sold or licensed by AIBS are sold/licensed “as is” (with no other warranties other than those provided by the manufacturer of the Products to the Purchaser) and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty packaged with the Products end-user license with respect to licensed Products.
(g) Applicability of Terms and Conditions
Product return information provided herein does not replace any Terms and Conditions listed, which are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in the sole discretion of AIBS. Those provisions of the Terms and Conditions pertaining to Governing Law and construction and interpretation of this statement of policy and procedures shall also apply to any related disputes.
