ITO Sputtering Target — Indium Tin Oxide Transparent Conductor
Indium tin oxide (ITO, typically In₂O₃:SnO₂ = 90:10 wt%) ceramic sputtering target for deposition of transparent conducting oxide (TCO) films. ITO films are the industry-standard transparent electrode for touch screens, OLEDs, solar cells, flat panel displays, and electrochromic devices. Key material for Malaysian display and solar panel research.
