Coin Cell Hardware for Battery Research Assembly
Complete coin cell hardware kits for assembling research-grade half-cells and full-cells. Used by Malaysian university battery research groups for electrochemical characterisation (cyclic voltammetry, EIS, GCD) of electrode materials before scaling to pouch or prismatic formats.
Available Coin Cell Sizes
- CR2032 (20 mm × 3.2 mm): Most common research half-cell format — NMC, LFP, graphite, silicon anode testing
- CR2025 (20 mm × 2.5 mm): Thinner format for compact cells
- CR2016 (20 mm × 1.6 mm): Ultra-thin for thin-film battery research
- CR2450 (24 mm × 5.0 mm): Higher capacity format
