Carbon-Coated Copper Foil Li-Ion Battery Substrate

Carbon-Coated Copper Battery Current Collector

Description

Description

Carbon-Coated Copper Foil — Li-Ion Battery Anode Current Collector

Conductive carbon-coated copper foil for lithium-ion battery anode current collectors. The thin carbon layer (5–10 µm both sides) greatly improves adhesion of graphite and silicon-graphite active materials, reduces interfacial resistance, and suppresses copper dissolution at low voltages. Standard for next-generation battery research.

Key Specifications

  • Cu foil thickness: 6 µm, 8 µm, 10 µm, 12 µm, 18 µm (standard)
  • Carbon coating: 5 µm – 10 µm per side
  • Surface resistance: <0.5 Ω/sq
  • Tensile strength: ≥250 MPa
  • Width: Up to 300 mm roll

Applications

  • Li-ion battery anode current collector
  • Silicon-graphite composite anode research
  • Sodium-ion battery anode substrate
  • Flexible battery development
