These two small sensors cover jobs that normal ultrasonic sensors cannot. The bubble sensor clips onto a tube to detect air bubbles or an empty line. The laser sensor gives fast, narrow-beam distance readings.
At a glance
- L01 bubble sensor: detects bubbles as small as 10 uL, response from 0.2 ms, works with 3.5 to 4.5 mm tubes
- Not affected by liquid colour or tube material; other tube sizes on request
- R01 laser sensor: range 2 to 400 cm, 3.3 to 5 V DC, IP67
- R01 supports fast focusing and address and baud rate changes
Where it is used in Malaysia
- Infusion pumps and medical devices
- Pipeline empty and liquid-presence alarms
- Dosing and chemical lines
- High-speed focusing and camera modules
- Robots and production lines needing a narrow-beam distance sensor

How it works
The L01 sensor sends ultrasound across the tube wall and checks if liquid or air is passing. The R01 sends a laser beam to the target and reads the reflection to calculate distance.
