The EDQ252 is a millimetre-wave presence switch that switches a mains-voltage load on and off by itself, with no controller needed. Wire it in line with a light or fan and it turns on when someone is in the room and off after your chosen delay.

How it works
The sensor uses 24 GHz millimetre-wave radar, so it detects people who are sitting still as well as people who are moving, and it keeps lights or air-conditioning on while the room is occupied. Delay time and range are adjustable to suit the room.
