1. Who we are

Ai Business Solutions Sdn Bhd (1227830-P) (“AIBS”, “we”, “us”) of Suite 109, Block D, Level 1, Kelana Square, Jalan SS7/26, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. This notice explains how we process personal data collected through this website and in the course of our business.

2. Personal data we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, company or institution, email, phone or WhatsApp number and delivery location.
• Details of your enquiry or quotation request, including items, quantities, messages and any files you attach.
• Records of quotations we send you and your responses (for example acceptance and purchase order number).
• Technical data needed to run and protect the website, such as your IP address (used for spam prevention) and essential cookies.

3. Why we use your personal data

• To respond to enquiries and prepare, send and follow up quotations.
• To process orders, deliveries, installation, training and after-sales support.
• To keep business, tax and accounting records required by law.
• To protect our website and customers against spam, fraud and misuse.
• With your consent, to send information about our products and services. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it only to our staff, related companies within the First Resources Asia Group, manufacturers and suppliers needed to fulfil your request, logistics providers, professional advisers, IT and email service providers, and authorities where required by law.

5. Transfer outside Malaysia

Some suppliers, partners and service providers are located outside Malaysia (for example in Bangladesh or China). When personal data is transferred, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

6. Security and retention

We protect personal data with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Files attached to quotation requests are stored in a private area of the website that is only accessible to authorised staff. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies and browser storage — for example to remember the items in your quote list and your cookie-notice choice. We do not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future, this notice will be updated.

8. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, limit its processing, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. We may charge a fee permitted by law for access requests. Providing personal data is voluntary, but without it we may be unable to respond to your request.

Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda. Data hanya didedahkan kepada kakitangan, syarikat berkaitan dalam Kumpulan First Resources Asia, pembekal dan pengilang, penyedia logistik, penasihat profesional, penyedia perkhidmatan IT dan e-mel, serta pihak berkuasa jika dikehendaki undang-undang. Sesetengah pihak ini berada di luar Malaysia; kami mengambil langkah munasabah untuk melindungi data tersebut.
